Our
Values

Purpose

We believe that design should never be just decoration—it should communicate your mission clearly and meaningfully. We cut through the noise to help nonprofits and changemakers tell their story with confidence, so the people who need to hear it do. Every visual and every word has a job to do, and we make sure it does it well.

Equity

We center inclusion and accessibility in every project. Your community deserves to see themselves reflected in your brand, and we’re committed to designs that honor diverse identities, lived experiences, and voices. We approach every project with humility, collaboration, and an equity-first mindset—because representation is not optional.

Compassion

We lead with empathy—in design and in partnership. We understand that nonprofit work is complex and often personal, so we meet you where you are with patience, flexibility, and care. At Pixel&Dot, compassion isn’t a buzzword—it’s how we work, collaborate, and create meaningful change together.

Creativity

Creativity is how we solve problems, tell stories, and bring your vision to life. We approach every project with curiosity, playfulness, and originality—always grounded in your mission. Whether we’re building a brand or designing a campaign, we infuse every step with creative energy and purpose.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Erica Arthur
Founder

For over a decade, Erica has worked in the nonprofit sector throughout the Los Angeles metro area, specializing in communications, fundraising, and community engagement. Along the way, she noticed a familiar challenge: nonprofits doing powerful, community-rooted work, but struggling to present it with the clarity and consistency needed to connect, raise funds, and grow.

That insight led to the creation of Pixel&Dot—a creative studio dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations build bold, inclusive brand identities and content that reflect the heart of their work.

Through Pixel&Dot, Erica brings together her love of design, storytelling, and social impact to help nonprofits show up with purpose—and be seen.
